price, staff and location were awesome. much more affordable than most London hotels, very friendly employees, lovely area with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and public transport, but not overrun by tourists and felt very local and welcoming to us. the room was very clean and the wifi worked, but everything was very small (entrance, staircase, rooms), it would not be wheelchair-accessible at all and the breakfast was horrible. I'd book again but without eating there.
It's another time I'm staying at this hotel, in this case with a large group. The hotel once again met our expectations. Nice rooms, cleanliness, quality of sleeping, kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, tv, and excellent interenet - deserve a mention. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Special thanks to the ladies who cleaned the rooms and served breakfast! The hotel is in a prime location - 10 min. from the metro station See you next time!
The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and tidy especially room and ensuite. Breakfast was good but they ran out milk for coffee machine which was poor seeing the hotel offers breakfast in it's room rate. We stayed in room 139 and as there was no air conditioning or fans to help keep you cool it was extremely hot and sleep was difficult in the recent heat. Overall it served us for our 1 night stay.
Clean rooms. Bathroom was spotless. Only thing I didn't like was the stairs. Other wise great budget hotel. Breakfast was basic but nice. All staff we came across were pleasent and friendly.
Fabulous hotel, very clean and tidy. Helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Not massive rooms but big enough for what they are needed for. Excellent breakfast choice. Highly recommended, we will use again. Thankyou xx
Room wasn't too bad. Clean but 'very compact' - Bathroom was Just a shower which was NOT very powerful, in fact it Just drbbled. Overall the bathroom had no lock on it/ Only form of heating was a wall heater & Oil filled radiator. Other than that clean. Breakfast only Cearl, Yogurt, Fruit, choice of Toast with additional Scambled Egg, Fried Egg or Beans. Coffee, Tea etc. Overall, it's definitely a 'Budget Hotel'. Room 136.
I give five stars because the staff are very friendly and helpful, whoever gave a negative comment I think they should go to a 5 star hotel if a 3 star doesn't meet their standards. The hotel is very clean and bright. It's like buying a Saisbury pizza and expecting the same quality as the restaurant. It doesn't work like that, both will fill your stomach anyway, one may taste better but the purpose is still the same! People always complain, they want to spend little and have the maximum, it doesn't work like that!
Great hotel with a shopping centre nearby. breakfast is beans egg and toast (the egg can be served in various ways) as well as cereals and various jams. Orange juice is also available along with coffees teas and hot chocolate. The room was very clean with a shower and toilet available.
